Hey guys. I don't know all the nuances when it comes to memory.. but I saw these Samsung modules on Newegg and was intrigued by the description. 40nm, low energy, CAS9 1333 MHz 1.5v... it specifies that they're aimed at servers and datacenters, but I'm putting together an SFF box for gaming/media production/general use -- I've always had great experience with Samsung components and I like the sound of quick but power efficient memory. Also, these modules look to be very low-profile, which might come in real handy around my heatsink.

Here's the product page: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820147066

How much performance would I be losing with two of these sticks vs. a kit like Mushkin's 1333 Silverline or this 1600 Blackline?

I'm just trying to get a feel for how they would stack up, and how much of a difference it would really make if I were to get a high speed / high-performance kit instead.

Not sure if anyone knows anything about this particular memory, though. =)

Cheers, anyways.
