Hard Drive Copying / Restoring

So, I currently have a Raid 0 set up on my gaming desktop with everything on it.
Its currently running a 500g Seagate @7200rpm and a 500g Western Digital that switches between 5000 and 7200 rpm based on the load. I have a secondary desktop that I use for other things but the hard drive for it has been causing problems. I have just ordered two 500gb Western Digital @7200rpm HDDs. I plan on putting both these new ones as a Raid 0 on my gaming desktop, put the old 500g WD as a secondary drive for files, and put the Seagate in my other desktop to replace the broken one. The problem is this. I want to keep my files from the the gaming computer. All of it, including the OS, drivers, etc. I was wondering how I would go about doing this. Basically, I need to copy one Raid 0 to another Raid 0. How would I go about doing this?
I have absolutely no files that need to be transfered on my second HDD, so there is no problem there.

Uhh, I think disk image copies work here?

Just guessing though.

I've never done a RAID so I wouldn't know.

anyone? someone?
the raid controller i have is onboard, so basically it'd be the same as replacing one hdd with another hdd.

how would i go about doing this?
is there a program i would use?

or can i simply copy/paste everything in one raid to the other?

someone please help.
