I'd get the iPhone 4, personally. It's better and if you jailbreak it you'll have plenty of customization options. Ultimately it's up to you, whether you settle for mediocrity (Android) or you elevate to perfection (iPhone).

Not sure if serious...

Now iPhone sure has great possibilities for enhancement via jailbreak, but in my experience, Android just offers way more. It's a true sandbox OS to the core.
