-------------------------------------------------------------------------

One thing is that the ocz rams i have is labeled as pc3 12800(1600) but the system seem to recognized it as ddr3 1066 for some reason.......

The motherboard i have doesn't have native support for SATA 6.0 but i added in a Asus U3S6 controller card to it.

Here is the thing, this pc randomly gives me BSOD when i am listening to music, browsing the web, playing games....etc.

I tried to run prime 95 on it, it seem to be able to last a few hours without error but then sometime it runs into error like
"Hardware failure detected, consult stress.txt file.
FATAL ERROR: Rounding was 0.5, expected less than 0.4"

The last one i ran was fine for almost 2 hours until i hit a BSOD again....

Below are the dump debug....Please help!!!

OCZ ram?

Thats probably the problem they are among the worst RAM known to man.

My suggestion is to run windows memory disagnostic

Start> type: Windows Memory Diagnostic

choose what ever setting you want and test the RAM..

Update:

Not long after i posted this post, my computer went in infinite BSOD...start-BSOD-Restart-BSOD-Restart........didnt even reach to desktop part and i havent change a thing....

**restart problem fixed with installation CD.

Forgot to say, system is Windows 7 64bit.
PSU is Rosewill Green 630W, i think it is enough for this setup, but not sure.

what i have done so far:
Checked memories
tried different SATA 3 hard drive instead of SATA 6.(problem still occur, so i guess it is not the hdd)
running on 1 stick ,2 stick of rams((problem still occur)

Thanks for the reply, I checked it earlier with memtest 86+ and Window's diagnostic tool the result are both okay.

With Memtest 86+ v4.10 ran from a cd, I got:
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Intel Core 2 2666MHz
L1 Cache: 32k 37555 MB/s
L2 Cache: 2048k 17427 MB/s
L3 Cache: none
Memory: 6143M 4496MB/s
Chipset: Intel X38/X48(ECC Disabled) FSB: 333 MHz - Type: DDR3
Settings: RAM:533MHz (DDR1066) CAS: 7-7-7-16 / Dual Channel

On standard testing, after 4 hours, it got 3 passes without error.

Also under SPD informations, it recognized the OCZ PC3-12800 as PC3-8500.

Please help~~~

Try downclocking your memory to PC-8500 speeds. OCZ likes to bin and brand memory as higher kits i.e. labeling higher binned PC-6400 as PC-8500. My HPC Reaper DDR2 was actually a highly binned PC-6400. Might be possible over time that your ram may not meet the specifications of DDR3 1600 anymore.
