I will be powering:
2 gtx 460s in SLI
i7 2600k
8 gb of RAM
2 hard drives
DVD burner
some fans
a few esata enclosures

Yes it will work fine, Runs my sig rig with ease,
However i do think that if you overclocked both cards + the cpu etc you may be pushing it, wich is not good as the efficency of power supplies drop while they on under high load, So if possible i would fork out for a slightly higher W one, Dosent have to be corsair, as long as it is a deecent make.
