Using Win. 7 64bit from my desktop, and using on my laptop?

Can I use my windows 7 64bit ultimate OS and install it on this laptop I'm on?

I'm sure I will get the "duplicate CD" key error because it's connected to the motherboard correct of my desktop?

If I call them would they allow me to use it?

..Or am I just beter off buying a new windows 7? I can get it from my college for about 40$

Please let me know.

You're better of buying a new Windows 7 license for $40. It's illegal to use a single PC license on multiple computers.
