I think you are asking for wattage, not voltage - since that makes no sense, voltage is fixed on lines, varying ampere maybe and at best you can have some ripple effect with the voltage.

As I wrote earlier - if you want to OC your CPU and unlock both 6950 I'd go with the X-850 just to be on the safe side. If it was my system I would not get the X-750 if you want to do both (2600K OC + 2x unlocked 6950).

The X750W would power that without a problem. He will be more than fine, and have enough headroom for unlocking and overclocking.

Great! It will be the best decision you never have to think about!

If you have ever had a PSU burn up or fail you know what I mean.

Search for 3MON5T3R's rig on this forum. He has pretty much the exact same setup (except alot more HDDs). He has a 2600K @ 4,9 GHz and two 6950 which he unlocked to 6970. He used a Corsair AX-1200, which blew, taking the mobo with it, now - I think - he is using a HX-850.

He calculated that his system has a power spike of 805W or so. So I am inclined to disagree - the X-750 will not be enough and he should get a X-850 to be on the safe side.

The X750 could supply 805W. The AX1200 must have been a fluke, that power supply could power that system without breaking a sweat.

In reality, I doubt that system would draw over 650 - 700W at the wall, but then again I'm not sure of the TDP of the 1155's when you start the crazy overclocks.
