Those temps are normal for the stock heatsink.
You might not need as much as 1.4v, but you said that 3.2GHz failed at 1.3v. You should just wait for your new heatsink to arrive before pushing it any further. You can still optimize all the voltages for your current 3.0GHz so you have a good baseline to work from once you push to 3.2.
But yeah, i installed it and idle temps @ 3.2 1.3v (1.296) are about 37-43c...
Prime95 after about 15 minutes so far is at 68-72c across all 4 cores
So is this good? Or bad :S
Also i guess i lied about prime crashing at 1.3v, i didn't have load line calibration enabled (or it was set to auto or something)
