this model is more expensive then buying a water block and it one if not the worst 580 full cover water block... the core run cool but the VRAM run super hot...

the 480 hydro copper is the best water blcok to cool your core but then VRAM is running at 80-90+ and the 580 hydro is about the same when it come to vram and worst on the core then other blocks unlike the 480 hydro...

I'd say sell the 480s add cash and get 2x580. Keep the GTX260 for PhysX because it is already more than enough. In fact you don't need dedicated PhysX card when running 580 SLI but even if you want to add one for e-peen, GTX260 is the one you should go for.

A 480 for PhysX would be a total waste because the minimal gain over the 260 doesn't justify extra 100Watts and having a 90C heater in your case.

You are spending that much for 20% more fps in games. Wait for something worth upgrading.

no im not going to sell anything.

Plus my son has just put his mark on my 480s.

tbh ill prolly just give him the entire thing and get rid of his current 9770 setup.

Folding aint going to be a problem.

ive got a Render Farm with 2x Big Xeon boxes there Quad CPU boxes.
