get a pc-v8 or just go for the "boutique" lvl cases something huge would be grate...

in the pc-v8 you can put 3 480 rads maybe even more (but 3 for sure)

get 1 of this blocks the EK is the best block for cooling a 580 core (its the best ek block...) the Danger den is about 3-4C higher on core but 10C less on VRAM...

someone on here the other day confirmed 480 blocks will not fit 580's, and yes a 480 is an awsome physx card.. way overkill!
