Yer it is quite fiddly getting it back on but you can always unscrew the fan on the side window and just completely remove it.

Taking the side fan of is a good idea, i could mount it at the top and use it as a top intake give the cpu cooler a bit more air?

I think tis down to either the HAF-X or the 600T. the 600T is very tall 2" taller than the HAF-X and i also like the side panel removal toola nd the fact that irs lockable. but the HAF is so cooool. in trms of airflow the HAF is better but the 600T isnt exactly bad, is it???? :S
post #25 of 35
Performance wise the HAF is better as it has more fans plus you can get lockable thumb screws if you wanted that.

Just did a build in a hafX for a client and I found the HD trays and optical drive mounting to have a "cheap" feel to them. I perfer my lancool k62 over the HafX. Would love to try a build in the 600T.

lol @ "novelty," given that it's performance in air cooling is better than every alternative listed.

HAF-X has the expandability - the air flow, liquid ready, 9 slots, EATX compatible...and it looks badass.

I know, all of that is great but i just have that feeling in the back of my mind that if i buy it i think i could be dissapointed? :S i think becasue the bar is already set so high with my FT02 it could be difficult.
