I'll admit to buying this on a drunken Steam store shopping spree. So, I'll weight in on it.
-Straight up console game. It's all keybindings and no mouse unless you're on a menu screen. Plus they didn't even implement PC-quality graphics with launch (i.e. no res textures..but they did say that they'll be coming soon)
-Short. Getting to max level will take you about 10 hours MAX. (max level is 30)
-UI. Can only have a max of 6 skills out at once + 2 consumables. And you can't customize it at all.
-Chat system. Hard as hell to chat in the game. Most of the time when you hit Enter to chat it wont register so you have to go to the Chat Menu.
-Lack of reward for open world PvP. About all you get is the satifaction of squatting on those you've vanquished.
-Character customization. About the same as all the other superhero games.
-Items. I like how they did it in this game. It has the classic white -> green -> blue -> purple -> orange itemization system. Gear unlocks costume styles as you progress, and you can either use each piece of gear's style, keep your original, or use a style that you've previously equipped. Plus there's rare and unique styles.
-Combat system. This for me is a positive but some may find it a negative. But, for a lot of you're abilities, it requires you to combo them through mouse clicks and what-not.. I find it better than mashing 1,2,3,1,2,3,1..
-Lore. Lots of lore to keep you busy. BUT, this involoves flying/leaping/running around looking for glowing question marks on the ground to pick up and hear some dialog.
-End game content. While small at the moment, there is something to do once you hit 30.
-Open world. Self explanatory.
SO. If you want my opinion.. It has potential, so long as Sony implements some more end game content and makes the PC version an actual PC game.
