Right away, with those settings, the computer fails POST. The processor doesn't want to move over 3.5GHz for some reason.

Uh oh, now the BIOS won't even come up. I decreased the FSB Speed to only 3.6 and motherboard won't even beep for POST.

Strange... You using the latest BIOS?

and bumped up the Vcore to 1.47?

I think it's your memory which is causeing it not to post.

clock it high about 1500MHz + @ CL 9-9-9-24-28 with 2T Command not 1T

I would, but I can't even get to the BIOS at the moment. Nothing seems to be happening on the computer. Any ideas of what I should do? Should I reseat the memory, or somehow reset my CMOS or something?

Reset the CMOS or pull the battery will get it to post again
