Good luck with that, because I think it might actually be your last option. If the card is that dead, what can go wrong baking it?

Worst that can happen is that it doesn't work, like it does now.

Hi I have the same issue with OP i have AMD HD 6950 1GB DDR5. I ahve already replaced my MOBO,PSU & RAM except Video card , I had random or intermittent OSOD,RSOD,GSOD,BSOD & BSOD without text.

Hey aspie

I have almost same problem as you. I only got random OSOD,RSOD,GSOD,BSOD & BSOD in 2D mode, like net surfing or watch movie, but in 3D i never had a single crash. The problem must be in 2D mode, when the graphic card are going into power saving mode. I have tried MSI afterburner with constant voltage, but it doesn't work. Driver version 11.3 was stable for me, then problem comes again, now I don't know what to do, maybe RMA the card.
