I play old stuff on my netbook. It has Windows XP so it's fairly compatible with old games, compared to my desktop PC. Age of Empires II/Galactic Battlegrounds, Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri, X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter, 90's shooters such as Doom. Nothing modern runs well enough to even bother.

I would agree. The 3150 is more than I expected when I bought my netbook for $60.

I'm surprised GTA 3 won't run, cuz GTA:SA runs great on mine. I have Warcraft II, & Starcraft 1, but my battle.net account got hacked...I also read that netbooks play games better on XP pro 64bit, but I could never go back to XP. I may format to W7 64bit someday though, but for now the games I play on it run quite well.

I don't know about N450, but my classic, original N270 won't run a 64-bit OS.

Well you gotta ati card on yours. No fair. Netbooks are pretty cool, & I'm very happy I bought mine. I just wish I had an ION netbook. But hey, I gotta great deal on my netbook. Around where I live they ain't worth nothin' if you're buying it off someone. $60 is how much I payed, & I spend $40 on the RAM. So I paid $100 for mine, which is damn good of a price, am I right?

As you can see, I've upgraded it as best I can at the moment.
MSI Wind series? U100 to hazard a guess?

I have the same specs except with 160gb HDD, I've played The battle for middle earth 1 and 2, they run pretty well can get a little choppy.

The N450 are 64bit capable, but I did not know the older ones weren't able to.
