That's not GPU problems, that's a sound/file problem. Uninstall and reinstall those games again.

Uninstall and reinstall your Sound drivers as well, be sure to do it the 'right' way by uninstalling, rebooting in safe mode nad running driver sweeper, boot back up into normal mode, install new drivers, restart... profit

i tried uninstalling my realtek drivers, running driver sweep, restarting, reloading the drivers, but i still get the same problem. I'll try uninstalling, sweeping, and letting win7 auto install drivers and see what happens
