0x9C BSOD - i7 920 @ 4.0 GHz

Hi All

Have a D0 chip here with a vid of 1.144 under load. Little background, I went off of method #2 of the sweet i7 920 OC to 4.0 GHz thread. I got the 0x9C MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION error after only about 5 minutes of prime95 blend test. I am not OC/ing my GPU or my ram. Any suggestions to help my bios settings? Thanks a ton!

Bump up the vCore a bit?
Have you tried that?
or disable HT, it's useless for most applications

I haven't tried bumping the vCore, good idea. Would disabling HT only help with heat issues or stability as well?

Bumped vCore to 1.25, trying prime again
