I Want To Upgrade My Laptop To DDR3 1333 4 Gb Sticks

But On Newegg Under DDR3 1333 I get 3 Different Choices They say

PC3-10600
PC3-10660
Pc3-10666

All Are Listed As DDR3 1333

What Do These Different Numbers Mean ?
Dose It Matter ?

get whatever has the lowest timings with 1333 speed and the lowest voltage is always best. Also since your prob cant adjust voltage and timings in your bios since its a laptop make sure they are compatible.

As for the different numbers I wouldnt worry about it but I could be wrong on that part.

Different companies measure them different ways. Those are all TECHNICALLY the same speed. It's like with Hard Drives, how a 500GB drive doesn't have quite 500GB available because of (among other things) rounding the numbers off. Just go with the lowest voltage best timings and you should be good to go.
