Which memory kit should I choose for a 1155/2600k system? They're the same price for me. I'm not planning to overclock the memory.

Do you have any links/prices? Optimally, I would say to go with a set of 1600MHz with low timings, like these.

^ I suppose that shows the same rules still apply with SB.

Intel needs higher speeds.
AMD needs lower latencies.

Wait, just noticed one set is 2x4 and one is 2x2, wonder if that mattered.

Yeah, I would do either of the following:
2x4GB DDR3 1866 CAS8
2x4GB DDR3 2133 CAS9

Both of those are going to be hard to find right now.
