What are some safe temps for 24/7 load?

I currently have 4.6Ghz @ 1.3v and getting max of 67ºC on 1 core, rest are below 64ºC.

I can do 4.8Ghz @ 1.345v, but temps easily reach 71-72ºC on 1-2 cores while Folding@Home, would it be safe to keep it at those temps almost 24/7?

Only reason I'm at 4.6Ghz right now is because I'm not sure if my 4.8Ghz OC would be safe for 24/7 stress at 70-72ºC.
Yeah man you're fine...Low 70's is great...it's when you're almost hitting the 80's where you gotta watch out.

Are you also loading on the low 70's? I don't feel really safe, Intel says max Tcase is 72.6ºC

Not to mention it's running at 1.69v

I'm happy crusing along at 4.5Ghz @ 1.265v.

Is there any reason to upgrade my RAM from 9-9-9-24 1333 MHZ I'm currently running to 1600 with the same or better timings? Essentially, will it improve my overclock? I can hit 4.4 just by clocking the multi up and 4.8 by changing voltages other than vcore.

I don't think ram directly affects overclocks with SB as your only using the multi and not the BCLK.
