Has anyone had issues with this since the last patch.

The effect I am running into is extremely annoying. I didn't experience it until what seemed when the Christmas event was just finishing. I didn't experience this during doubled-drop week.

Every 2-4 minutes, I am ridden with immobility/my momentum stutters into a fixed spot with eventually being "warped" (replaced by the sync); looping audio that was going at moment of freeze (about a 1 second cut that is looped), while everyone else is moving at correct speeds (no stuttering) with no lag and voice chat is still going, mainly me receiving what they are saying.

I can't seem to find a whole lot on the matter on steam boards. Just some people having the same issue without a lot of response.

Things I have tried thinking it might be my system:

Overclocks: Gone back to stock clocks/voltages (Vanilla) settings on CPU and graphics card.

Drivers: Had 260.99 on it. Used these prior to experiencing issue. Have since moved to trying beta 264.** and nvidia released beta 265.**.
I have not tried rolling back to 258.** because the micro-stutters were persistent and horrible.

Router/Modem: Reaffirmed ports were forwarded to correct IP. I have an inline coaxial amplifier on the line for the modem. I have removed it as well as trying it at various voltages. No noticeable changes. I have also removed them from power for 30 mins. The router is a DIR-655 and a older Surfboard modem. Downloads still peak around 1.8mb/s and netflix pushes HD over Wifi without issue either. I am on a hard line with the router.

Programs: No extra programs running, Avast has an exception to the tf2 folder. I do have some side dock stuff running. Setpoint and G15 programs are running as well. Have not looked at the Microsoft Security prog, but will later tonight. Just thought of it.

I have not tried to delete clientregistry.blob or reinstall steam client from scratch. Sounds like I should for the heck of it.

Hard Drives: Windows boots with my main SSD (did the Win7 tweaks for SSD), offloading a lot of programs to a 1TB F3, including Steam. I had put TF2 on my secondary SSD for games with lots of loading (FO:NV), running with no issues. It was junctioned from the F3 steamapps folder.
I deleted all content of TF2 off the SSD and re-downloaded to the 1TB F3.

Game Settings:

In Game Settings It seems with lowering everything to medium or less the stutters have seemed to space themselves. I do hit it pretty consistently in DoubleCross's (24/7 server) sewer. I thought it was the water textures so I removed realistic water option. No improvements, it seems to be a flip of the coin in that location with stuttering, favoring the stuttering side.

Servers: I mainly inhabit 24/7 Doublecross, but I have gone to other (Vanilla, community, and custom)maps & game modes and experience the issue on those as well. Tried on multiple server groups, not just my main one. My ping is around usually around 92ms (Latency: 56ms) but going to the HLStatX page on the server group I frequent has shown lately, 260 ms (Latency: 130 ms).

Net_Graph: It has been showing some high chokes at points, not really while this stutter is occuring. With Net_Graph 4 enabled, I see that Stringcmds & Stringvariables are skyrocketing the tick graphs off the screen. Not sure what that translates into, I will have a search of Source Wiki.

I haven't tried other source games to see if it is tied to source engine games or not.
I do play Bad company 2, not nearly as much, but I updated punk buster and seem to be getting disconnected a lot from servers lately. No stuttering in game, at least none that I can remember.

So, I just needed to put that wall of text up, thanks for scrolling straight to the bottom I just wanted to be thorough so I didn't have to post multiple times to cover those topics.

If you have any ideas on what it might be or you are experiencing the same issues and have possibly rectified the situation, post here, help a brother out I will have to wait till after work to try anything out.

TBH, I hope its just the patch.
