and please dont listen to people recommending the h50/h70. it performs like a 212+. the d14 is a far better choice. . but if you just want quiet, go for the d14. its 1200 rpms are the quietest you will get.
for simplicity and least amount of dust an h70 or h50 with a 20db fan is a good choice...it's very quiet and doesn't have a giant thing sticking out. yes the d14 is fantastic but once dust gets in there the fans start getting louder.

Dude, I agree with you, but I think OP with his level of knowledge about this kind of stuff would be happier with an h70...i could be wrong but he may not want a giant heatsink sticking out (since his case might not even fit it)
