Thread Starter
I will update this thread with picture I will take with iPod, going to drain the best quality there. My goal, overclock over 4GHz on air.

Comments-Criticizes-Suggestions-Insults welcomed ^_^

Here are the hardware I will be ordering soon.

CPU : Intel i5-2500K

Motherboard : ASUS P8P67 PRO

Memory : G.Skills Ripjaws.X 4GB kit 9-9-9-24

Case : CM Storm Scout

Graphics card : I will use my current GTX 460 1GB

Storage : I will use my current 1TB HDD 7200 RPM

PSU : OCZ ModXStream Pro 600 Watt

I don't see where the point of the thread is yet... If it's hardware suggestions, here are some:

- You should probably get an aftermarket cooler, if only because the push pin stock coolers are a pain and getting aftermarket coolers could easily get you past the 4.5 Ghz mark

- If you're going to go for 4 GB, at least get tighter timings, I'm sure there are some 7 timed RAM for $70 or so

- You should probably add another 460 GTX 1GB in there. You're doing the 2500k a disservice by giving it just one 460 GTX 1GB to work with. Though this would probably ALSO necessitate a PSU upgrade. If so, you could just replace it with something like a AMD 6950

Otherwise, you're going for a really conservative goal here, i5-2500k overclocks very nicely, and the build doesn't have any glaring errors

you should put in a new 6990, AMD just released the specs, so a card can't be too far off

i hope you are joking...

Your build looks decent, though I would try to get a little bit better psu.
I have that psu and have had no issues though
