Ok I ran memtest for 11 hours and it passed every time.

check your psu for proper voltages as well as confirm temperatures in the bios are close to the ones shown in your windows temperature application to rule that out. also check your mainboard for any blown caps as well.

Everything is all good, no blown caps, voltage I cannot check as I don't have a digital multimeter. Temps are all good in the BIOS too.

I would run Prime 95 for each core (at the same time) and see if you have any problems. If the system randomly resets is most likely hardware related. I had an old 478 I was overclocking to death and had similar experiences with random shut down. System was just unstable. Windows kept running into a critical fault and would just reset without a event page.

I'd use intel burn test instead. Much faster results and more stressful on the CPU.

another hand lil thing to download is a program called PC-Check. it will test your components and stress the system as well for tougher to diagnose issues such as yours
