I always have to restart the rig for it to load correctly if I plug ANY USB device or change monitors(which I do often as I have a 17crt, 24" hanns-g, 24" soyo and now a 26" Asus). In my honest opinion I would recommend any other board before recommending any of these.
the monitor issue i've had several times with windows on several different motherboards. especially if you plug the monitor into a different port than it was running on. found out the comp wasn't actually hanging but it wasn't correctly detecting the display device and reconfiguring while loading. may not be your issue but that's what's been happening to me since i started using video cards with 2 or more outputs
