Canadians who just want to get a P67 board should hurry and buy one! I've read lots of reviews and this board, although not top-notch, are in line with the competition in most cases and should more than fit your requirement if you plan to do some above average OCing.
Either way you always want to run your RAM in the closest slots if possible.

Hey guys, just about to drop the hammer on a P67A-GD65, and I would like to know if a Prolimatech MegaShadow with 120x38mm fans mounted on it will obstruct any of the DIMM slots. If so, will 140x25mm ones do the same thing?

Yeah, I don't know why they changed it considering the popularity of large heat sinks and a push/pull configuration with fans. I was able to move one of my fans to accommodate this by clearing the top of the stick in A1. The 212 isn't THAT big, so I think you should be able to still fit that in there even in push/pull. (I had a megahalems installed)

Just did. I will order everything else next week.
4.2Ghz is probably more than enough to do any gaming/surfing/apps. I just like to manually set mine, and have it set at 4.8Ghz with water cooling. I see a minuscule performance increase in games, but a large increase when encoding/benching. One tip with the OC Genie though, you have to save the settings in your BIOS after it's calculated and set your clocks/voltages or you lose them after turning it off.

Believe me, I looked. I wanted the one that comes with the ASUS P8P67 Deluxe boards, but then busted out my dremel:

I unscrewed the USB3 rear PCI slot bracket (those same 3 screws you see) that comes with the GD65, taped the bracket it to the front panel 3.5" bay cover (yes, my Antec DF-35 still has one of those ancient things), marked up the three holes and two USB slots, took a dremel to it and voilá.

I just checked and you must install a 2 stick RAM set in the Blue slots,or the black slots-check your manual-if you install in the wrong one it wont boot.Seems they have shipped both ways.So that might give you room for your cooler if you can only use the black slots.
