You try installing it as an admin? Also you need to install the MEI driver first obviously.

Reflex99 I wouldn't say its useless at all. Trying different voltages on the fly kicks butt IMO. Just kept lowering my vcore while running Prime95 until it crashed, then raised it a bit. It sure beats multiple bios changes and restarts.

Just download via link below, unzip, navigate to the Installers>ME_SW folder, run setup as an admin.

http://www.msi.com/service/download/driver-15512.html

Then download control center via link below, unzip, run setup as an admin.

I got that once too. dDid you change your cpu threshold? It happened when I changed it from 1000. If you changed it change it back to 1000.

I dont remember changing anything to do with the CPU threshold. Unless its the temps that fan will kick in.

Its the CPU fan threshold in control center (on the first screen bottom right when you open it up). i changed that to like 2600RPMs and then alarms started going off. It could be that or you have another setting control center doesn't like.

By the way the motherboard decided to reboot to the 1.8B6 beta firmware and change all my settings last night. This is after it decided to reboot back to the 1.7 after I flashed it to 1.8B6 a few days back. What a weird motherboard. Please MSI stabilize this bios. I'd rather go back to plain old ugly bios than put up with the weirdness.
