I think its anything above 1900rpm the GTX360 starts pulling ahead.. anything below that the RX360 wins.

Wich san aces are you referring to? i have the 9S1212H4011's and they are 40db free flowing but once paired up to a rad they jump up to 62db at full speed and running them at 6v they are still 50db when on a rad.

GTX360 has better performance than a RX360 at 1450rpm+

Every 10dB is effectively doubling the volume. There's no way putting fans on a rad will make them 3x louder. I have two GTX360s with 6 San Ace 109R1212H1011 in push/pull that just replaced my two RX360s with 6 Gentile Typhoon 15s. I'll tell you flat out fans don't get 3x louder when you put them on a rad.

More to the point, 6 San Ace 109R1212H1011 on a GTX360 isn't that loud at all (using your words "EXTREMELY loud"). Lowering the RPMs to 2000 still outperforms any other fan for the static pressure/CFM/noise, and makes them very quiet. That's why I'm recommending these fans with this radiator over an RX360 with GT15s.

Where would I have to put the pumps on a single loop?
In a single loop restriction makes a world of difference especially running as much as you are. My friend is running a similar setup to you only quad sli with 3 GTX360's with my 9S1212H4011's i gave him and and 2 mcp655's for redundancy, and when he swapped out his EK supreme HF for the Rasa he dropped 2c. to some 2c means everything and to other it can mean nothing.

If you dont care about fan noise then the GTX360s cant be beat when paired up with some deltas or san aces, the combo is a force to be reckoned with if you dont mind the noise.

Push/pull or Push with shroud is going to give the best performance. The delta difference between push/pull versus just push is around 2c.

I would just go with push for now. You can always add more fans later if you want. Make sure you look up the model number of the San Aces, because they make a lot of different types of fans. 109R1212H1011 is beastmode. They're simply amazing fans. I liked my GT15s, but these are in another league.

Rad Comparison theres the rad comparison and anything under 1800rpm the GTX looses and they recommended the RX360 over it. also heres the san aces sound metering when on a rad it clearly shows exactly what i stated 60db+
Everyones opinion on loud is different to me anything above 40db is loud and becomes obnoxious, to you 60db isnt loud, you can search the fan comparisons on the web and i think someone on the forums has a really nice fan comparison too
