it would be less money, you can go with GT AP-15's wich can be had for like 15$ a piece and the block is 40$ cheaper, the san aces are 22$ a pice or more depending on what version you get. I suggest the noiseblockers cause they have more static pressure then the 25mm san aces if you run the san aces at anything under 9 volts and are still only 1/3 as loud at full speed.

Everyones opinion on loud is different to me anything above 40db is loud and becomes obnoxious, to you 60db isnt loud, you can search the fan comparisons on the web and i think someone on the forums has a really nice fan comparison too
It shows clearly that the GTX360 beats the RX360 at 1450rpm+ in all three delta charts (10c, 5c, 2c).

You need to look at the serial number of the fans I suggested. They are nothing like your fans, nor are they in the round-up. They are thicker, have a high performance and quiet motor, and are ultra high quality. Perhaps you missed the part where I said that I own them and that, when put on a fan controller and set at 2000rpm they're very quiet (comparable to a 25dB fan).

It should also be noted that the San Aces I mentioned have a higher static pressure, and will perform better than the fans skineelabs used.

The ones you suggested are even louder, at full speed on a rad they are 65db and at half speed are still 50db wich would put the 109R1212H1011 at 1300rpms still producing 50+db attached to a rad. and they are in the round up simply put the GTX360 only wins if you want several 55db+ fans going, but the OP already said he didn't care if his system was really loud so this is all irrelevant

From the video you linked, I can tell you the fan sounds like it has a problem (that buzzing noise). I notice the fan was sponsored by another user and shipped in for the testing, so no idea if it was damaged in shipping or what not. None of my 12 sound like that sample does, however. There is no buzzing or whining like the sample in Martin's video has.

Either way, unless you're going for a completely silent build (sub 1450rpm), the GTX360 is a better rad. I don't say that lightly either, I loved my RX360s.

They're not that loud dude, this guy doesn't even own any. I own 12 of those fans, and 12 GT15s, so I have a direct comparison. Just put them on a fan controller and you can adjust them to suit your taste. Even if you turn them down they'll still perform great due to their static pressure.
