If you had to choose which one would you buy?

Thread Starter
Pc specs are in my sig.
Can't seem to decide to go with the 256 bit or the HD 5770.

If x-fire performs better will get another card in the future, right now i can't stand my on board HD 3300.

HD 4850 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814150482

HD 5770 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814150447

Or if you guy's have a better suggestion for something under $150, can go a little above considering I've been saving my money lately, what would you suggest for me?

Thanks in advance

p.a I plan on getting into pc gaming instead of console gaming as i have wanted to for years

5770 is faster and overclocks a lot higher

the 3 i had each did 1050 on the core with plenty of room left

My opinion 5770 if you must but if you can handle a rebate wait go for a 6850

Try the HD 4870x2 card - if you can find one.

This:
Or This:
... if you are gonna go with the 5770's. No reason to get a 4850. No Direct X 11, and will never match the performance of a HD 5770. HD 5770 and the HD 4870 are comparable, but not HD 4850.

Oh and in our forum here for only 100 bucks...
