I've had my Antec 900 for a while now, and while it was a bit annoying in the beginning as far as cable management goes, cutting a few holes and buying a semi-modular PSU has helped this considerably. However, I've been tempted as of late to get a new case.

I had been looking at the HAF 932 Blue, but with the steep $160 price tag, I am a bit reluctant.

Then the Lian Li Lancool PC-K62 caught my eye. I love the tool-less design, the air filters, cable management holes and routers, as well as the overall look of the case. The price tag a whole $60 cheaper also sweetens the deal.

So is the Lancool a good case? The Lancool just looks like it's a more sophisticated case, while the HAF looks more "ridgy". Is the HAF 932 worth the extra $60? Is there another great case around the same price point as the Lancool with similar specs? Also, while I currently have one HD5870, I have been thinking also of going CrossFire. I think that both of those cases would allow that, so keep that in mind if you suggest something different.

I'm adding a poll!

Thanks in advance!

I don't like the look of any of the HAF cases. I honestly don't understand why so many people like them. I vote for anything other than the HAF. That Lian Li looks nice.

The only bad thing I can see about the Lian Li is that it only has 1 intake fan. This would make it a negative pressure case. That means that air will suck into every crack of the case (like the rear expansion slots and that slot beside the power supply). That kind of defeats the point of the filters since not all the air will be filtered.

It is my understanding that filters work better for positive pressure cases (more intakes than exhaust). In a positive pressure case air will bleed out of every crack. That means all the air in the case passed through a filter.

It's not very serious. Just something I noticed. It's not like it will get filthy inside just because it is negative pressure.

For the HAF series, it's either you love the looks, or you don't.

No doubting that it is an absolutely amazing case for air or water cooling though.

The Lancool K62 is a great case, and looks awesome as well.

antipesto93 suggested a great case as well. The Silverstone RV02 is undoubtedly the best air cooling case in the market now due to it's superior airflow. Will hold your future crossfire set-up just fine, whilst being able temps down.

I have the k62 and love it. Tons of room and if you flip the front top fan to be an intake you improve the cooling quite a bit. I have also done a build in the haf x this weekend and found the HD and optical drive mounting system to feel cheap. PM me if you want some pics of my k62 (slightly moded)

I normally don't break the 'no bumping for 24 hours' rule, but I'm really on the fence with this. I've pretty much decided on the K62 due to the features but also the $100 price tag!

I think if I order today I can get it in a day or two (while I'm still off) if it ships from Jersey. Can anyone recommend a better choice, or should I just hit that buy button?

Side window for that case with an opening for a fan.
