Recommend a reliable 20" monitor

Thread Starter
I currently own a Samsung 20" and it had crappy capacitors that messed up and now it doesn't work (blinks on and off). This has happened with TWO different monitors...... Google suggests it is a capacitor issue.

Can you please recommend me a 19" or 20" monitor that will not fail in this way? I have up to $160 (£100)

thats like 50 quid over the budget, go on scan.co.uk or ebuyer tehy have ok ones, your not going to get a spectacular monitor at that price though, so beware.
