Vintage Audio Equipment - Price Checking

Thread Starter
I just wondering if someone could point me to a few websites (reliable) in which I can determine the value of some high-end vintage stereo equipment.

I am helping my father eBay some gear he doesn't use and I really want to get the most cash I can for him. He seems to think that his stuff isn't very valuable, but I don't know enough about audio equipment to definitively tell him otherwise. I pretty much feel like a linebacker tackling him every time he tries to upload images to eBay to sell.

Some of the Equipment:
2x Magneplanar MG-IIB (Door-size speakers that are Oak frames with white sox)
Bryston 3B Amplifier
Sonic Frontiers Line1 SE Pre-Amp
PSAudio GCHA with Rick Cullen MK4 Full Modifications

He has a ton more, that I won't waste your time with, just need a good way to appraise this gear for him.

Ooo thank you, I think I glossed that site over earlier but I didn't jot it down.

Just list with no reserve and a low starting point and let the market speak.

depending on condition....

2x Magneplanar MG-IIB ~$300
Bryston 3B Amplifier ~$400
Sonic Frontiers Line1 SE Pre-Amp ~$1000
PSAudio GCHA with Rick Cullen MK4 Full Modifications ~$300 for the GCHA, not sure how much value the MK4 mods add, you should sell this one on head-fi instead of ebay

sell the first 3 on audiogon, $4 listing fee + 2% sale fee, much better compared to ebay's 9%, or whatever it is now

I have finally convince my dad to let me help clear out his storehouse and I found several amps. The first is Stamberg Carlson which I have found info about. But the Kenwood Stereo Power Amplifier KM-897 and the Sherwood S202 are harder to find. I am looking for specs and suggested prices.

Thanks!

I suggest taking a look at Audiokarma forum, the people there have experience with vintage stuff.

They weren't there. I swear if I did have them, I would think that they did not exist.
