Gtx 470 bsod

Hi guys,
I'm having trouble with my evga gtx 470 graphics card. I think it's related to my GPU drivers. I did a clean install of Win 7 64x and installed the drivers for my motherboard and gpu. I had issues with my computer freezing up at the welcome screen. (http://forums.nvidia.com/index.php?s...ic=187401&st=0) I believe this is a compatibility issue between hardware parts.

Nvidia released a new driver today called 266.58 WHQL Display Driver and I updated to that version and now I get BSOD frequently while watching videos on youtube and playing games like starcraft 2. The computer freezes up and I lose control of my keyboard mouse etc and I am forced to reset my computer. Afterwards I get an error from windows saying that I have recovered from an unexpected shut down. Here is the BSOD error I get.

I uninstalled the NVIDIA HD audio sound drivers and I am still experiencing the BSOD 116 error. I don't see a blue screen but it freezes up and I am forced to restart.
