Yes the WD and Seagate free versions of Acronis are fine, but limited.
It is worth the price to go with the full blown Acronis.
I use it on a regular basis. It is a lifesaver at times.

There seem to be two options on Newegg for Acronis that appear to be the same:

What is the difference between these two (and I'm going to ignore the bad reviews for now...

Just putting it out here:

Alternatively, you can use Clonezilla for free. Saved my arse more than once when I was trying to muck around with partitions with my new SSD.
