Change Shut Down Animation?

I've tried googling and I couldn't find anything on it, but I was wondering if it is possible to change the Windows 7 Shut down animation?

Like something along the lines of having a video clip play while the computer is shutting down.

Hmm, just read the post in your links, but it seems that all three are for using a single image :/ is there a way to use a video in place of the image?
