[TPU] Cooler Master Ships 120 mm Turbine Master Fans - Page 5

Turbine Master Mach 1.8: 1800RPM, 80.3 CFM, 30.5 dBA, 0.38A current
80cfm at 1800rpm? Is this for real? Or are they gonna pull a 90cfm R4 at 2k rpm trick on us again?

How are they any better than most of the competition?

Well I've only got two fans so the pressure should not be as important right? (yeah not on expert on this btw)

I have theses

http://www.scan.co.uk/products/120mm...d)-cooling-fan

are they really that bad?

also wuts with the price i don't remember them being that much when i got mine.

sorry for going off topic.

These are probably rifle bearings. Cooler Master sometimes say their fans are sleeve bearing even though they have slightly modified sleeve bearings.

Those are the worst Noctua fans to put on a heatsink. The P12's are the ones you want from Noctua. The S12 have almost no static pressure.

Ok does it effect temps much? or just overall airflow?

i thought they did an ok job of cooling

they look nice but they're weaker than my thermaltake A1926's.
so it seems scyth is the only other fans I've seen that can compete with the my a1926.

If someone wants to help a bro out by posting some links to an alternative, I'd gladly appreciate it

why did the bother making it?
it's louder than the CM R4.
it moves less air than the CM R4.
and it's nearly 3 times more than a CM R4. :S

THIS
Also 21dba and 36CFM is not a good design.
Tell me what role this fan fills? It is a low powered, loud and (to me) aesthetically horrible piece of equipment
