http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Decibel

Example: 24 dB is twice as loud as 21 dB.

This does not mean if you have two fans that are 21 dB that the noise floor will double to 24 dB. Noise is random in nature and only if the noise is in phase will the amplitudes add together. Sometimes you will get peaks but your average noise level will not change largely because the noise is random.

That is all.
Well CFM is not the only factor that equals lower temps. Static pressure and the setup of your case/cooling determines your overall aiflow efficiency which affects how much heat you can dissipate. Higher CFM fans tend to have higher static pressure.

35 CFM fans can be sufficient for some people if their cooling method is more efficient or if their case allows for more of these fans changing the overall case input/output aiflow. And it depends on the location's ambient temperature and what their cooling.

My pc has NO fans..all silent cooling

and I love it can sleep perfectly with the PC on...just Norton scanning my documents wakes me up!!

And ye , 4ghz with sandybridge without fans...gotta love 32nm

(Full load = 75c not amazing temps but for inactive cooling its pretty darn good)

I am aware. I basically wrote what you just did, I was just much more concise .

p.s. Static pressure has very little to do with CFM. High CFM does not generally mean high static pressure.

If the price is right then I would enjoy filling my PC with these fans. I don't go extreme with overclocks. A moderate overclock on both the GPU and the CPU will not need ear piercingly high CFM fans to remain cool. My C0 i7 @ 3.6 won't break 65C running IBT with a $3 1200RPM cooler master fan on the cooler.

I enjoy the silence.
