Too much to handle?

Setup is below.

I want to add a 3rd GPU to my setup solely as a display adapter. I want to run SLI on my primary monitor, using another GPU to connect the 2 other displays. This is because you need to enable nVidia Surround to use SLI with all 3 monitors, but I dont like the fact that it spans across all monitors. I'd rather have them as individual displays.

Im thinking of getting a GTS 450, so I can also hook up the 450 to a receiver via HDMI to get DTS-MA bitstreaming capabilities, which the 480 doesnt have (yes, I realize the 480 can do uncompressed LPCM, but as far as Ive found, it isnt bit-for-bit - ie 24 bit audio gets downconverted to 16 bit)

The question is, will adding this on to my system give my HX1000 any issues? Ive had the PSU for about a year and keep my computer on nearly 24/7. I havent had any issues thus far with it. A GTS 450 would add about 110W to my system while idling, and tbh, it shouldnt really get that much load put onto it unless I used it for Physx, so maybe 25% load if not being used for Physx.

Edit: I should mention, CPU is OC'd to 4.2 GHz, Memory is stock, GPUs are stock voltages/speeds

I believe that's the full system at idle, IIRC the GTS450 only puts out ~105W at full load.

A stock GTS 450 can pull up to about 100W from the PSU by itself, when running Furmark. Your PSU can handle your system easily with that addition.
