sata III is still going to be useless for a while unless u get like 24 750mbs SSD's in raid 0 theres still nothing that caps SATA II

What?

Crucial's C300 can break the SATA 3Gb/s limit of around 280MB/s. Next generation controllers will be hitting 500MB/s.

RAID has nothing to do with SATA throughput since SATA is dedicated connection.

If you are doing a RAID you will not want to run it on SATA III anyways, most of the controllers available for SATA III drives do not run RAID very well yet.
