Memory Heatsink and Fan?

Hi all! I am new to overclocking and building a computer for that matter but I finally have the funds to pull it off. I haven't begun yet but all my parts are in and I have one burning question. I plan to overclock my new Sandybridge 2600K. I slacked a little in the planning, but should I have included a heatsink and fan for my RAM as well? Doesn't overclocking the CPU affect the RAM as well?

Specs include:
ASUS P8P67 MOBO
i7 Sandybridge 2600K
Patriot Gamer 2 RAM 8 GB DDR3 1600
GeForce GTX 580
Thermaltake Frio Heatsink
CoolerMaster 1000W

The reason I have this question is I didn't realize through, once again, poor research, that people have had issues with the Frio bc it's too large if you have a heatsink on your RAM as well.

Thanks!
My System

2xxxk + p67 board, you will overclock using the multiplier
it wont change the ram speeds

No, your RAM does not need a HS.
