small question. are all the sata ports provided by p67? the manual doesnt seem to state that. I think it is but just hoping. maybe the one flush is provided by somehting else, i doubt it tho.
on other news.
has anyone noticed instability at half load or quarter load? i was playing WoW and it wasent using all cores all full load and it would crash all the time. i had to add .02 v to the system. anyone else.

Passed 1024m WPrime, hopefully it can withstand folding. max temp so far is 73 on core 3 with the rest of the cores in the 60's.

Nice, if that's your load vcore shown thats a good chip there, mine needs 1.416 on load to be stable at 4.8 (prime blend).

it actually helped a lot .. im pretty stable at 4.8ghz 1.45v now, been folding 24/7 for over 2 days, highest core around 65c, lowest 60c

i can pass p95 and linx at 1.43v but it took a bump to be folding stable

Can you share your settings for 4.8? I've been unable to keep anything above 4.4 stable running prime95-blend and my vcore is just under 1.4v at idle and I think darn close or slightly agove 1.4 on load.

I've got a CPU from the same batch as you I think, also purchased from MC btw.

Corsair h50 is on sale at BB for $60. I'm tempted to switch from the GeminiiS cooler. Two Scythe DFS123812-3000 "ULTRA KAZE" kaze fans in a push pull should give me better performance and value than the H70 at 78% of the cost.... I think. Thoughts?

Still on 126 here. As soon as I heard that 128 didn't have profiles I lost interest.

Wow, nice SP run there. I assume u tried both LLC off and on at 55x ? Booting windows is tough with LLC off at the higher multis in my experience (only tried 50x so far, big chicken).

Sure, I'll post my settings in a bit. Don't forget HCI memtest in testing. I *thought* I had my memory dialed in, and I was wrong. I needed 9-10-9-27-1T @ 1.524V afterall to get DDR3-1866 out of my DDR3-1600 kit.

Nothing wrong with an H50 at that price. Especially if you can get a pair or PWM fans with a PWM splitter you'd be golden. Before I went to water I had both the Zalman Performa and the Coolermaster V6GT. I think the Zalman was slightly better with one fan, but both would more or less hit low 70s at around 1.42V load. On the hardest test of all (linx + AVX = 120GFlops) the would come close to 80c. Reason I mention both of those is that they are $50 and $60 respectively at MC (might be cheaper on newegg). Made me a believer that one of these coolers at 4.7GHz or 4.8GHz is doable for 24/7.
