I might be interested in this board later on in the year but unfortunately it seems to be rather hard to find...

It looks like from dos the best way to flash the biostar bios is with AFUD231. Do I need to rename the .BST file to a .ROM file to use AFUD231 ?

HMM, any reason why my SATA 2 ports would stop working after a USB 3.0 driver install, bios update, and reboot? Updated the USB drivers first, then held off on a reboot until I updated the bios to the new NameGT version. Then rebooted, and all of a sudden my SATA 2 stuff doesn't work. Went back to my previous bios, and ports are still broken. :\\

Do your sata 2 devices still show up in the bios screen. What is your pch voltage set to?
No, they don't show up in the bios. PCH- I tried both AUTO and default settings.

Interestingly enough, though the drive doesn't show up in the bios or windows, the Gigabyte 6 Series SATA Check software sees that a device is connected.

Bummer ... I hope they come in faster than that! My B2 died and I'm getting tired of waiting for the new B3's to come back into stock.

Strange request but I thought I would try. Can anyone check to see if there is a pulse transformer prior to the Coax digital output? It would be a smal black boxed shaped compenent on the board. These are critical for galvanic isolation when analyzing audio equipment.

Thanks
