You could possibly have very bad luck, and have 2 sets of DOA ram sent to you.

More likely, it is a motherboard issue. try resetting the CMOS, making sure all connectors are in, try doing a naked pc boot too (only plug in the CPU, 1 HDD, RAM, and if you have intergrated, take out your GPUs, sound card.).

I recommended a naked pc boot because your rig is loaded with 3 GPus and 2 hard drives, and a Sound card.

If it boots ok, then we can move on and isolate the issue.
