Wireless Network

Thread Starter

Hi guys,
I want to setup a wireless network in my office, For file sharing and internet access.
I'm going to purchase a wireless access point and some wireless adapters for this purpose.
How many devices can I connect for a single access point?
I have about 10 devices to connect.
These are the products I'm gonna buy.

Are those products are enough for my office?
Any advice?

You can connect how ever many you want. I have about 15 connected to one AP. And about 6 to another. You have got to make sure your internet connection is sufficient enough if they are all being used at once.

Your second link doesn't work. But check out the Dlink DIR655. Have heard nothing but raving reviews about it.

I only use cisco AP's. I know other stuff works, but I have had such good experiences with cisco equipment.

I would go with a Cisco 1142n Wireless AP. It will support up to 20 clients on wireless N. Why are you using USB adapters? Are you making desktops wireless?

Realistically, what you chose will probably work. I just don't trust belkin in a office setting. (not sure what kind of business this is)
