It´s a bit more stressful for the IMC to handle memory in all slots and you may not reach 2133MHz with 4x2Gb but if you planing on just OC 4x2Gb of ram to 1600 or 1866 it should probably be okay, one never know until one have tested it.Source
I say go for 2x4Gb, price is okay compare to 4x2Gb and there are some with good speed and timing at 1,5v, check out these G.Skill for example, G.Skill Ripjaws-X 2x4Gb 1600C8 @ 1,5v
one might be able to push them to 1866C8 @ 1,65v or even 2133 C9 @ 1,65v and colour of those G.Skill should be nice together with your P8P67 Deluxe.
