http://www.sapphiretech.com/presentation/product/?psn=000101&pid=320
system E7500, 1*SATA, 2*ddr2, 1*Satelite tv card, 1*DVDRW

this site is advising minmum 290w or 340w for my system with 5850

If it can pull off it's rated amps/wattage, and you're running it on your sig rig, I don't see why not. Might not want to venture into overclocking though.

I ran an i5-760 and a 460 on a 430 watt PSU. A bit beefier than the one you have, but never experienced any problems, and I believe a 460 uses more power than a 5850. (same for the i5 vs a dual core wolfdale)

You'll be fine so long as the sticker on your PSU isn't lying. It says it can do 348W of 12V power. A regular 5850 needs about 150W max under Furmark, so I expect a Vapor-X will need a bit more but not a lot more. Furmark is an extreme situation and a stock 5850 needs about 110-115W of power on a regular gaming load. That leaves you with at least 150W for your CPU, which is more than enough. You don't have a billion hard drives or fans, so I think there will be no problem.

FSP don't usually lie on their labelling. You'll be tight, with little or no room to overclock anything. It should work, but I'd advise moving to a 550-650w unit when you can spare the $$$.

Yeah, no trouble at all. Not the best PSU, but not bad or overrated either.

I ran my 5850 with a phenom 945 and 2 hdds on a good 430w psu. You should have no trouble at all!
