I agree with that, however I for one wouldn't mind a system with no load time, mouse click and opened for everything. Now I understand that the improvments that would be required for this seems to be disproportionate with the benefit, but I think improvements like this are what the "average" computer user wants.

Everyone who has a two year old Dell probably wishes it started up faster or opened the old IE 6 they are still using faster.
