What P55 mobo for crossfire ?

I am wondering what P55 motherboard that supports 8x/8x in crossfire mode should I get...
It should be around 200$.

- MSI P55-GD65
- EVGA EVGA P55 Micro
- ASUS MAXIMUS III GEN
- ASUS P7P55D-E PRO
- ASUS P7P55D DELUXE

What of these should I get ? Or what are you suggesting me to get ?

Why not get a Gigabyte board? Not that the boards you mentioned are good and maybe even better, but my board for example, the GA-P55A-UD6 is a great board. Is it >$200? (I dont live in the US)

For a regular ATX motherboard I'd pay the extra and get the ASUS P7P55D-E Pro. For mATX, get the Maximus III GENE.

I'm considering the Maximus III GENE in a storm scout case. I am wondering if the crossfire bridge found in the msi 6780 is long enough to connect the two cards on this board ?

Yeah it is.

But if you're going with a mid-tower ATX case you should probably go with the other ASUS ones mentioned. Just gives you more expandability. Or look for an ASUS Maximus III Formula within your budget somewhere.
