BSOD with New 4.2GHz i7 950 OC

Thread Starter
First post so go easy on this nub, but first I would like to start by thanking some of the folks around here for putting out some quality advice/details when it comes to getting solid OC's. I used the thread below in taking my i7 950 to 4.2 GHz last night with relative ease:

http://www.overclock.net/intel-cpus/...-i7-950-a.html

I used these settings:

Ai Overclock Tuner - Manual
CPU Ratio Setting - 21
Intel (R) SpeedStep (TM) Tech - Disabled
Intel (R) Turbo Mode Tech - Enabled
BCLK Frequency - 200
PCIE Fequency - 100
DRAM Frequency - DDR3 - 1603MHz
CPU Voltage 1.33750v
DRAM Bus Voltage - 1.65v

Everything else is set to "auto" and HT is enabled.

So, Prime blended test ran for probably an hour with temps in the high 60's c and hottest core went to 72c. I closed Prime, ran some benches on 3DMark Vantage and then decided to start Prime before I went to bed and let it run all night. I got up the AM to a message saying that "Windows needed to close Prime95" so it was not a BSOD, it's like the prog crashed in the OS instead. I did notice in the log that Prime ran for almost 4 hours before this happened. Still, max temp of 71c on the hottest core.

Confused, I decided to start it again this AM and the wife called and apparently the machine BSOD'ed a couple of hours later and had an error with this language:

0x000000D1 DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

I should have had her shoot a pic with her phone and email it, but I am curious as to where to start with this problem. I'm sure there would have been more info on the screen that I could use in solving it. I have read that it can tied to faulty RAM or a bad paging file. I know the BSOD's with 101's and 124's can be tied to volts, but the one I had seems different.

I know, long winded, but any ideas/help/advice would be huge.

Thanks
My System

Yeah, my 920 was pretty good on the voltage until 4GHz. I needed 1.3625V for a stable 4.2.

Wow, insta-response! It's funny because I had my vcore at 1.35 to start, and it went to 76c on the highest core (please know that it's been 30's at night in TX and the heat has been on in the house). I decided to lower the vcore to 1.3370. You guys are saying that sort of BSOD can be a result of the OC and not a hardware/page file issue?

Thanks
